As we go through this uncertain time, we want to let our customers know that we’re doing everything we can to keep our staff and customers safe. Due to this we have taken the tough decision to temporarily close our studio to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Whilst the studio team is still working remotely, in order to comply with current Government guidelines, we have decided to stop the shipment of products from our studio. During this time our products are still available to buy & will be shipped as soon as we are able to re-open.
(As of the 27th March, we have been made the decision to close for a minimum of 14 days while we monitor the developments and await further Government advice.)
Many hands are responsible for the manufacture, packing & shipment of our products & we feel that this temporary closure is the right decision in order to play our part in helping our customers, staff & couriers safe. Q. Can I still order online?
A. Yes, you can still order online as normal and we will deliver as soon as we are able to re-open the studio.
Q. What happens if I placed an order before you temporarily postponed shipping?
A. All customers who have ordered since this temporary closure should have received an email including all options. If you are happy to wait, we will get your product shipped out as soon as we can safely open the studio again. Alternatively, if you would prefer a full refund, we can process this for you.
Q. When will you reopen the studio?
A. As of the 27th March we have closed the studio for a minimum of 14 days. After this we will assess the situation & give an update based on Government advice. As soon as we feel it is safe to begin shipping, we will be back up and running.
